Detailed Description:
Length: Length is customizable from 1.25m to 2.0m. If you are looking for a special length, please let us know.
Material: Made from brass coil. The thickness of the coil can be chosen from 0.15mm-0.23mm, the thicker the coil is, the more solid the shower hose will become. Please specify the item number and certificate requirement, we will then choose the correct coil thickness for you.
Surface Treatment: The treatment for the surface of this shower hose can be chosen from the following:
Standard Electroplating: The surface is electroplated by our long-term trusted chemical factory, who will perform the work according to our requirement. If it is not specified, the standard electroplating treatment will be performed based on our knowledge of customer needs and industry standard.
High Standard Electroplating: Extra layers of chemical coatings are electroplated onto the product surface, which ensures that the shower hose will be more rust-proof, more anti-corrosion and more shiny. Generally speaking, this treatment is usually performed on items with certificates, such as TÜV and KTW certificates etc. Technically speaking, items with high standard electroplating treatment could resist at least 120 hours of salt spray test.
Inner Tube Material: There are wide range of inner tube materials to be chosen from. Our inner tube material includes but not limited to PVC, EPDM, and TPV etc. Please refer to “Inner Tube Specification” page for more details if you need further customization on inner tube.
Diameter: The diameter for this shower hose is 16mm.
Nut: Regular thread size for all our shower hoses is F1/2’’*F1/2’’, please refer to "Nut Specification" page for more detail if you need further customization on nut shape, thread size, and pitch depth etc.
