Yuyao Huayu Flexible Pipe Sanitation Utensils Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. We bend ourself to development and manufacturing of sanitary product such as metal flexible hose, PVC flexible hose, shower head, and sliding rail etc.

Professional Equipment
In 1996, we acquired double clip metal flexible hose machines from Taiwan, China. In 2000, we were equipped with the German double clip metal flexible hose. At the same time, we also obtained a whole set of moulding injection machine. At the end of 2003, we had a complete sets of packing machine, which allowed us to pack our products with either blister or skin packing technics. With hard work and high quality, we won trust from our clients with time goes by.
Authoritative Certification
In 2002, we were certified by ISO 9002, and in 2003, we got the TÜV certificate for our double clip flexible hose. In 2007, we got the ACS certificate for our double clip metal flexible hose, PVC hose and knitted hose. In order to control and improve our quality, we had developed a new set of testing machinery in copliance with the TÜV standard.

Modern Machinery
At our company, we take pride in our extensive collection of advanced machinery, which allows us to provide our customers with a diverse range of high-quality products. Our metal tube machines include our own custom-designed machine, as well as imported machines from Korea and Germany. Additionally, we have a selection of inner tube machines, such as PVC and TPV inner tube machines, and tube cutting machines. We also utilize a variety of CNC lathes to produce brass nuts and all other metal hardwares with precision and accuracy. To ensure the quality of our products, we have a range of testing machines, including salt-sprayer testing machines, water pressure and water flow testing machines, and machines that test the pull strength. Finally, we have a selection of packing machines, such as blister packing machines and skin packing machines, to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers with care and efficiency.
